I’ve never had merch printed before, where do I even start?

I want it now! How long do I have to wait for my order?

Two weeks and it’s yours! This may sometimes be a little sooner or a later depending on shipping and workflow at the time - we will always let you know if it’s going to be past your deadline before you place your order. Express options are available at an additional fee. 

Do you have minimum order quantities for production?

Depends on the order - most cases we have a minimum of 20 garments per design (we can do less, but charge for 20). 

We can print tens, to hundreds to thousands of tees. 
Higher quantities will mean a lower price per unit! 

Why don’t you have a set pricing?

Each job is unique and there are so many variables that go into pricing that it is often easiest to hear what you are after and quote from there. Things like; amount of colours in a design, quantity, which blank garments, amount of positions and artwork prep can all affect the final cost.

What do you need to know for the quote?

• quantity (the more you order, the greater the discount per item)

• print positions (I.e a front print, front & back, sleeves etc.)

• amount of colours in a design (more colours means more screens, time and set up so as you add more colours the price per print goes up slightly - maximum 5 colours per design). 

What blank garments do you print on?

We supply the best at wholesale prices! From leading brands like AS Colour, Gildan, Ramo, Alstyle, American Apparel, Comfort Colours and more! Whether you are looking for a budget tee or something high quality and specific we can help you find it. 

What can you print on?

Lots of things! Tees, Hoodies, Tanks, Tote Bags, Pants, Longsleeves etc. 
We can also press vinyl transfers onto Hats, Stubby Holders and more. 

Can I supply my own Garments?

Sometimes! We can’t always ensure the quality of self supplied garments, although send us a message and we will let you know.

What Inks do you use?

We print exclusively with water-based inks; either from Permaset or Magna Inks. Along with both these inks being certified eco - friendly we find they also offer a softer, superior quality feel on the shirt compared to conventional Plastisol inks.

I have a screenshot of my artwork, will that file be good enough?

The higher quality file, the better! If it looks low res, it might print low res and while we can work with most cases it is best if you can provide a Vector File. PDF, EPS, ai, PSD or even a high res PNG/JPG work great too. 

Do you offer graphic design? 

We have very limited design skills, but we are more than happy to recommend a bunch of talented designers we have worked with before.

Can I see what it will look like before I order?

Before locking in your order we will send digital mockups and proofs so you can get an idea of positioning and sizing of your artwork on the tee. 

You’ve finished printing my order, what now?

If you’re local come by and pick it up! Otherwise we are happy to ship Australia wide.
